Program Features:

• Complete database access. Includes Notices of Commencement for all Florida counties, Permit information for 45 Florida counties and all Notice to Owner research done by our excellent, experienced Research staff.

• Printing and mailing is all done at our facility, usually on the next work day. No typing or paper handling hassles!
 

Report Functions:

• Print or view detail or summary reports. This enables you to track your Notices based on your job start date and tells you how many days have elapsed.

• Print your own customer list (optional). If you enter your customers in the customer data base module, it will save typing time for keeping the information on the Notice to Owner screen.

• Delivery Tracking prints a report telling you which Notices have not been delivered to you before the 45th day. To utilize this report, you would enter the certified mail number and the Work Order number into the program.
